There's the dome again, and under the tarp is a smaller white dome (The Brain) which houses GRU operations. The shipping containers are the international headquarters of the Give Love foundation, a container-housing-and-composting-toilet organization funded by Patricia Arquette, which should explain the composting toilet with the portrait of Patricia Arquette. (The other sides feature Che Guevara and Bob Marley, if you were wondering.)
